My problem is that when I click on the "Per Application" section, it is just a blank window without any buttons? Am I doing something wrong? All I want to do is exclude a couple of programs that run slow with WB loaded. Here is a screen shot:

Thanks

I am having trouble inserting the picture but it's just a blank window with no buttons.

At the bottom below that window, there should be three buttons. Click ad per application setting and then browse to the exe of the program you want to exclude. If you can't see any buttons at the bottom, try another skin and reboot.
I have found over time that rebooting will clear up a lot of problems with WB.

Have you modified your system dialog font via the registry?  That will cause some dialogs to be cut off.

I have read the manual and seen the screenshots of this window. I see in the manual that there are three buttons on the bottom. But I don't have anything. I also notice in another window, the User Overrides, that the two buttons on the bottom are halfway cut off by the bottom border and I can't click on them. I can't resize the window either. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but I get the same thing. Might I need to uninstall my Vista Transformation Pack? It shouldn't interfere because the make says it goes nicely with Window Blinds.

If the vista transformation pack has altered the system dialog font then you will need to set it back.  The size of some non resizable windows depends on the font being the correct one.

There are reasons why neither Microsoft or Stardock provide a UI to change this font.
