icon spacing

Hello,

I'm looking to add some horizontal space between the icons on Objectdock. I'm wanting to purchase the Plus version, but if the features I would like aren't there, then what's the point? Currently I'm using ObjectDock 1.3 on WinXP and there seems to be no way to create space between the icons. Right now, they're all pushed next to each other. It feels too cramped and while I love the primary function of Objectdock, this is the one feature stopping me. SPACE. I've tried the seperator bar hack, but it creates too much space. I need something similar to Windows icon horizontal spacing in pixels. Thanks.

Why not just add more "white" space in the images?

I haven't seen a way yet, but...

Some of the dock & icon creators include a blank png larger than 256 -

If you take the blank png, then then put yours in it - it will give a tranparent edge around it, giving more 'space'

It's been a while since I made any object docks (don't even use it anymore actually ) but isn't there a padding flag in the .ini files for the docks? You can increase that if it exists (I can't remember). Worth a look I suppose .
