Influence in Trading

I have notice that trading Influence in GalCiv2 doesn't seem to have the some 'power' that it did in GalCiv. Has only one else noticed this?

Ah, the good ol' 1 IP bug. That was fixed around the time of AP, as I recall. It certainly wasn't intended, so don't expect it here
