To the Designers and Gamers please give your opinions

Hello everyone. This game is great.
My thoughts are that if possible it may be more helpful if modding were made easier and more customer friendly for the type of people that have no experience. For these people including myself quick downloadable easy mods and up grades is what i think would be better and more popular. I`d even pay more money for that kind of service with a fantastic game like this.
I really enjoy playing this game because I can create my own ship designs or create ships that resemble my favourite movies such as Star trek ,Star wars and Battle star galactica. I hope that in the future designs for a Martian race with traditional saucer type craft. Finally two ideas that spring to mind: I`d like the option to ask other races for help in different ways for example (Beg,Request,Demmand and threaten).
And finally which is probably impossible how about targeting systems where ships can target certain parts of the ship. Sorry imagination went wild there.
Anyway fellow galactic rulers tell me what you think and some of your realistic ideas.
