Cannot uninstall at all.

Hello. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and uninstalling windowblinds. I have also tried using the tool lotcated at stardock.com/files/odnt_zapper.exe

And even that does not get rid of it. I cannot get rid of the two files named wbhelp.dll and wbsrv.dll. I have tried in safe mode as well, and it STILL won't let me do it. All registry keys deleted, unchecked run on startup in msconfig.

Anyone?

Never mind. Since I can't edit...i have to double post. Solved this by first booting up normally, setting into "Classic Windows" (apparantly you can't do that in safe mode.) then botting into safe mode and deleting the dll files.
