Where Can I Find My Subscription Expiration/Renewal Dates?

Hi folks. Dumb question here - how do I find out when my subscriptions expire? I have active subs to both OD and WC, but I presently don't have access to my email receipts, at least not right now. This is my first year with the WC Browser subscription, but I've had the OD sub for a few years now.

I just sent for the serial number retrieval and received that email a couple of minutes ago, but that just tells me the actual serial numbers. Not the expiration dates - which is what I was looking for in the first place!

I also looked in the "My Accounts" section of the WC Browser and Stardock Central. Again it shows me my serial numbers but not the dates when they expire.

I know this info must be somewhere around here, but I seem to be missing it.

Where can I find thesed dates?

Thanks.

In Stardock Central go to tools, then "register products". It should tell you the expiration dates there.

Well part of my question has been answered: shortly after posting this I went back to SD and a popup appeared stating that my OD subscription would expire in about four weeks and asked if I wanted to renew. Weird how that worked out.

I did notice a problem with that popup though. I clicked "Yes" and it brought me to the Stardock Store with a full-price subscription in the cart. So I closed that page and opened another and searched for Object Desktop Renewal, which brought me to a link in the Store where it showed the correct renewal price, rather than the full new subscription price.

Now I just need to see my WC subscription date.

I don't see it. The dialog only has the following items on it:

* Product

* Email

* Serial Number

* Installation Path

No dates there.

I would post a copy of the dialog box but there doesn't appear to be a way to upload images to posts here, only posting them on the web somewhere first and then linking to them. A shame they left that out, since SD went through the trouble of redesigning the whole site. Should have brought the site all the way up to what is usually standard in the better online forums.

Also, does this forum now allow BBCode? Or did they stick with HTML? Or neither?

Under the serial number is a empty space. Click the Update button next to it and it'll be poulated with your expiration date.

I believe it does.

That worked! It is pretty well hidden, though. Not sure why.

Although as I posted earlier, I just did update OD when I got that popup. The WC browser doesn't have that same dialog like SDC. The "About" screen doesn't show anything. No "Check for Update" either, except for skin libraries.

I'll do that. Thanks.

I believe it does.

OK, I see that the "Quote" tags are in BBCode. Most sites only permit certain tags in the code, though. Does the new forum have an FAQ or anything that says what is supported and what is not? Or should I post that in the Suggestions forum also?

I use SDC instead of WC Browser. It does everything WCB does and more. [And the code gets updated more often]

I don't know what's supported either. Yeah, add it to that post.

You can get your WC subscription info in SDC also
