Trouble Placing Planetary Improvements

I'm having an issue with modding planetary improvements. I placed some new .png's in the \Gfx\Improvements\icons folder (in my mod folder) and those are being correctly used by the planetary improvement

Sounds like one is being read from the mods folder while the other is not. I'll pass word along to Cari about this.

Ok, I'll just replace my root icons folder for now so I can keep testing, and restore it when a fix is in place.
