How to install Icon Packager 3.1 silently?

Please tell me which are the switches I have to use to install Icon Packager silently and where to enter the password to prevent the installer asking for it.

I'm not sure it has a silent install option, though I'll ask. I do wonder, though, why do you need to know?

I want to know because I'm making an unattended Windows CD as described here - http://unattended.msfn.org and I would want to include IconPackager in it.

Btw why the first reply is empty?

I would think that there could be a licensing risk with a silent install, no?

No, the disc will be used only by me. I'll include also Firefox with all my passwords so I don't think I'll give it to someone...

I don't think Zubaz is saying that 'you' specifically would share it, but the potential would be there if a silent install were possible.

Exactly, no implication of you stealing was meant.

So, is it possible or not?

Btw I don't understand how the sillent instalation could cause licensing problems... ?

A silent install with passwords included could be distributed in a corporation or P2P network. Either one would violate the license agreement.

Very often, an unattended install (or ghost restore) is used by companies to deploy the software. You did not provide any information on what your goal was in your original post. I was merely raising the point that if this was for mass deployment you might need to look into an enterprise license.

If that were the case, SD might have another way of deploying and contacting sales at Stardock might help.
