Dock: displaying problems since bigger screen resolution (new monitor)

Hi,
after changing to an bigger monitor with a bigger resolution there appeared a problem with objectdock I cannot solve for myself.
BEFORE
(monitor 1): 1280x1024 - first dock, autohide, no transparency, no animation
(monitor 2): 1280x720 - second dock, autohide, no transparency, animation on
AFTER (=NOW)
(monitor 1): 1920x1200 - first dock, autohide, no transparency, no animation
(monitor 2): 1280x720 - second dock, autohide, no transparency, animation on
After I have watched a DVD in VMR fullscreen renderless mode the display is reinitialising (automatically after exiting the playback software = TheatertekDVD) and the dock on the second monitor (where I have watched the DVD) looks like this:
I must restart ObjectDock to solve the problem. The problem exists only with the screen resolution of 1920x1200 on my first monitor. When I set back the resolution to 1280x1024 the problem not occurs. The curious think about this is, that the Dock on the second monitor is affected, although the screen resolution on the other monitor have changed.
Any ideas what could cause this problem? Thanks in advance for help.
