Starport disappeared again

2nd game and certain that it didn't get taken out of comission any help?please

In my first game I thought I screwed up when the Starport disappeared, but it happened again in the next game. Is it me? Is there somewhere a cap? Please help

If you are not running 1.2, please update to 1.2 either from Stardock Central ( https://www.stardock.com/products/sdcentral ) or from the downloads section on this site. Otherwise, please send in a bug report including your debug.err file and a zipped save game that reproduced the problem to gc2bugs@stardock.com
