need help for exporting objects

from Stardock Forums
when exporting some group objects, desktopx builder exit.

information:

AppName:desktopx builder.exe AppVer:0.0.0.0 NodName:ntdll.dll
ModVer:5.1.2600.2180 Offset:00010f83

why?

pizi2006: Which version of DesktopX are you running? Does what you've created run okay in the builder?

Please install SmartException from the 'Free Stuff' section in Stardock Central. When an application crashes, please send us the .CRA and .DMP files that are created from the crash.

The version is 3.1pro, almost it has no any other question.
I am chinese and the system is winXP sp2, and system language is simply chinese, has it any question?
I kown little English, so i almost cann't understand this "install SmartException from the 'Free Stuff' section in Stardock Central". I'm so sorry!
