Windows Explorer Half-unskinning itself

i was wondering if someone could sort out this little quirk for me.

When using windowblinds, windows explorer randomly goes from this:

which i like to this:

which i don't like. The

I can get it to go back by unloading and reloading windowblinds then reapplying the skin but i was wondering if they was a way to make it not do that?

The second picture should be this.

If this doesn't show up, then the task bar moves from the top to the left hand side like is normal for windows xp.

Apply the skin, but make sure all explorer (including IE) windows are closed. If it still doesn't work, then apply the skin with the above method, then restart your computer. Boot back up, and it should work.
