Weird object positioning issue about DesktopX, please help...

http://user.chol.com/~wonmin82/temp/FauxS-X%20(LastSTEP)%20V55d%20modified%20by%20wonmin.dxtheme
I think something is wrong. Please see two different screen shots.

Please see TASKS and TRAY objects on left bottom corner and right bottom corner.
Positions of these objects in the two screen shot are different each other.
I want to positions of these objects are consistent like second screen shot.
but, It seems that their positions are decided randomly while loading desktopX.

I attached this desktop file to link below. please help me to solve this problem.

Thank you.

If you put desktopX into Desktop builder mode you can hold the ctrl key down and position the object where you want them.( Just hold ctrl down and pull with cursor ) Then just make sure you save theme as : and rename it. Not sure why its doing that but the file link you left said it was a modded version.

The only other thing is if I put Object dock on bottom - things never look right for me . If thats Object Dock in the screen shot - have you tried loading Theme without Dock ?

First of all, Thank you for your kind answers.

Fairyy~, I think it is not related with Object Dock.
I tried DesktopX without Dock, but I can see that nothing has been changed.
and I had been tried positioning the object using builder mode more than 10 times. But, nothing has been changed.

I think weird margin(?) exactly equals with height of Windows Taskbar. but, I set Windows taskbar to be disappeared in both ObjectDock and DesktopX. Hmm, I really hope I can get a Desktop with a consistency.

Please help me. Thank you.

I see your screen shot is 1600 x 1200 , is this a Theme your making for that resolution ? or one your trying to modify to it ?

I uploaded the Theme and I disabled my task bar( before loading Theme ) by Right Clicking on start menu >Properties > Task Bar tab then Check off " auto hide taskbar click on Ok.

This Theme says it was tested at 1024 resolution ( and up )- I loaded it on 1280 x 1024 and then loaded Object Dock.

Do you still have the taskbar set to always be on top?

I do it that with Object Dock - set the taskbar to be on top, then use ODock to hide it - that leaves me room at the bottom for the dock and the windows don't maximize over it.

im not sure if your talking to me or him Bichur - but i set my task bar to " always on top "

I was just trying to show him that at 1280 reso it looks pretty good ( nice DX Theme too ) But I havent seen any DX Themes for 1600 reso So Im not sure if thats why hes having trouble or not. Im sure its possible to tweak one yourself.

I use Object desktop in my notebook computer. resolution notebook computer is not 1600x1200, but same phenomenon appeared. Above screen shots are captures of external monitor. But, basic notebook monitor shows me same symptom.

And I think the reason of problem is DesktopX miscalculates the size of desktop. First screen shot fits exactly if Taskbar had not been hidden.

Both

I haven't tried it using both DTX and OD to hide it (or putting my dock at the bottom when using DTX).
