I'm the primary, exclusive user of two desktops and two laptops. If I want to pay for windowblinds to use on each cpu am I required to buy it four times?

Of not,any problems to be expected registering and downloading the full version on four cpu s?

You should be able to install WB on all of them for the single purchase price. Simplest method is to install Stardock Central (SDC, free download) on each computer, register your version in Stardock Central on at least one of them, then install WB on each via SDC.
