Taskbar not skinned

Hey, I have just installed WindowBlinds 5.0 the bought version. I've downloaded a few skins in addition to the ones that came with the software, but with each skin i try, the taskbar and the icons aren't being skinned. I have also checked to see if my taskbar is set to classic and it isn't and in the wb config it's not set to "always use this skin" option. My system info is
