Front Row wanna be...???

Hi, everyone... I am new to this site... recently I was attracted by an Apple software Front Row which could be run on Mac OS only... are their any imitation for Windows users?

Due to Front Row being an Apple product, I think if someone even attempts to make something that looks/acts even similar to their Front Row they'll have a ton of lawyers all over them.
