The Theme Doesn't Apply to All Elements

I have a slight problem. I have the fully licensed(enhanced, not cracked) version of WindowBlinds 5.01. When applying any theme the taskbar and windows are changed but the Start Menu doesn't modify at all. What seems to be the problem? Also, how can I modify the icons because I'm stuck with the old plane Windows XP Icons set.

Please post the System Information from the WindowBlinds Configuration screen. This will help in determining if the program installed correctly.

To modify the icons you need Icon Packager program. WWW Link
