After instalation Stardock Object Desktop , not runnig DesktopX.exe ..
Microsoft VisualC++ Runtime Library say :
Buffer overrun dedected ! (Program:...\stardock\ObjectDesktop\DesktopX\Desktop.exe )
Please how I can make ,for execution this program..

Detail not : A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the program's internal state.The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be terminated.

I am having same problem. Even after reinstalling DesktopX, I still get the same error. I am getting the following error: dxwidget.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. (AppName: dxwidget.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: dxaxhost.dll ModVer: 2.0.0.0 Offset: 0002233a) Any Help is most welcome. Thanks

Hey Bichur,
Many Thanks. I tried to get help for this from the mostly-useless Stardock support a year ago and their answers was that it wasn't a problem! I haven't been able to use DesktopX for the past year. I was even considering dropping my subscription to Object Desktop because this was the app I was primarily interested in. And now, it finally works again!

Similar problem here, I'm on XP Pro x64 though...
I have followed that guide in the link, still errors...
