Juddery/Laggy right side of dock

Ok, I just got Object Dock, Installed it all etc etc. And when I scroll to the left its nice and smooth! But, when i scroll to the right its juddering and laggy? Has anyone got a reason it might be doing this? Its really annoying! I've tried all the quality options but its still the same and that doesn't explain why it judders on just the right...

Also, I cant seem to be able to change the icons on my Microsoft Office applications. How would I do this? (I mean on windows not the dock)

Well for starters, no need to start a new thread 2 mins after repling on the first one on which someone has already started to try and help.

The juddering could be video card related if you have a lower end card. Although I am
not sure why need to scroll/mouse-over left to right or vice versa, just mouse to icon of what you want to open.
For MS Office apps, when right click icon and select properties can you click change icon or is it not clickable. If not clickable cannot be changed. If can click change icon, it must be an icon .ico not a .png image that ObjectDock icons are.
