Icon Packager 3.10 - Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall 4.3.268 Issue

I have run Icon Packager 3.10 along with Sunbelt Kerio Firewall for some months without any problems whatsoever, that is until I updated Sunbelt Firewall to version 4.3.268 a week or so ago. Now when I apply any Icon Package the PC locks up until I exit 'explorer.exe' in Task Manager & then restart 'explorer.exe' then all is well again.
This happens every time I apply a package, reverting back to the previous version of the Firewall solves the problem. Stopping running processes etc doesn’t make any difference to the issue, a friend was able to duplicate the problem by installing Sunbelt Firewall together with Icon Packager she already had on her system. Has anyone else had this issue?
