problems product activating

hello!
i have win xp, SP2, and i instaled windowBlinds
there is a problem: i can't activate product, when i enter serial, it isnt right, it says: "error activating product"
what is problem?
i have original, i buy it yesterday

I would start by calling or emailing sales at Stardock (Sales@stardock.com)and we will check to make sure the serial number you have is correct.
