New 1.2 patch?

Hi everyone, just reinstalled xp a couple of weeks ago and been replaying FF7 and went to reinstall GC2 today and check for updates and noticed the new 1.2 patch on the website dated 18-07-06 different from last months 1.2 dated 15-06-06 as the file sizes have increased by a bit over 1MB. Is this additional/modified content or is it just a modified installer? If is is being incrementally updated shouldn't the version numbers be too and on the main menu, ie 1.21,1.22 etc? Cheers.

The difference between the 1.2 patches concern only the french version: the june version didn't contains anything related with french since GC2 wasn't released yet in France, the latest allow french users to upgrade their retail version (which is 1.0X) to 1.2 while fixing some french specific problems (like missing files in the french campaign directory) discovered in the retail french version.
