Need help setting up a character

Could you be a little more specific as to what you are encountering when you try to create a character?

it's simple:
1.you enter a name that you think no one have
2.you enter a picture that must be png or jpg file format
3.you enter your serial number

4.create your character and an Empire, and if you like star wars you can join my Empire in this link:
