startpanel logoff buttons

skin studio insists that my startpanel logoff buttons are not there, now they are there in png and bmp files in my skin, i have fixed the problem once, by reinstalling the buttons but now the problem is back, ive tried revalidating also, thats worked once.......not sure what to do, any ideas.......?

Whay are you using a .png? If you are trying to do an alpha blend a .tga with an alpha channel is required. The .bmp should work... no idea what is happening there..

There might also be a confusion with file names (ie same files but different types) its a good idea to keep unused files out of your skin. Only reason I say that is I have noticed that windowblinds tends to not 'like' a bunch of unused files.
