After installation of drivers ATI 5.11 and above, incorrect work Windows has begun.
Windows Are minimized with a pause!

Windows XP SP2, AMD 3000+, Ati Radeon 9800...

Are you using ObjectDock or DesktopX? I notice a pause when minimizing apps if I have a non-tabbed dock or desktop object on my desktop. I've got Windows XP SP2, with ATI RADEON 9800. I've been in contact with stardock support trying to track down what causes it. But so far it hasn't lead to anything.
