WindowBlinds skins your Windows GUI. For cursors you need the CursorXP program. For BootSkins you need the BootSkin program. Click the Software tab at the top of the page for links to the programs.

You need to be aware that BootSkin doesn't play nice with some computers, due to non-standard BIOS settings.

do you know how to change the settings so that bootskin will work?

There are no settings that you can change to make bootskin work. It's all about your BIOS. That's one of the reasons it's a free UNSUPPORTED application.

If it doesn't work you can try earlier versions of bootskin. Some work where newer versions fail.

Also if you click on the "Articles" tab above and then the "OS Customization" and "Tutorials" you may find answers to your questions. There are a lot of helpful answers that you can check there.
