Activation issues

Hi,

Just bought GC2. Downloaded update. Started game. Entered e-mail address and activation code. Told the server was down, please e-mail it through. E-mailed it through. Got a response saying 'thanks, sometime in the next two business days'.

That's a four-day wait.

Not impressed so far.

Any resolutions aside from waiting until Tuesday?

I tried to enter mine and I just got some message that said it was for extra content only. How did you get ahold of customer service???

Servers may be back up now. Some work is being done on them.

Unless there is a problem with your internet connection, the server issue was likely only temporary. Have you tried activating through the prompt that appears when you run the game since the first failure?

Seems like a logical decision. Servers go down, then they come back up.

I got the same message. I've been going through customer service for 4 days now, trying to get a regular number that will work. The email I recieved directed me to a Europeon site but it did not recognize my number. The number that came with my game is for additional content only, not an activation code.
I am currently waiting for another reply.
