LogonStudio Problems

I installed LogonStudio and can download new skin with no problems, but the skins don't work in previews or when i actually logon (i just get the normal log on screen). My computer is issued from my college so i don't know if i have full access or not, but BootSkin and all other programs work.

do you have use the welcome screen and fast user switching on?

are you on a domain?

I could be wrong, but I don't think Logon Studio will work on a domain. I know I read it somewhere but due to employer filters, I don't have enough access to wander around and look. Possible the LS home page, FAQ (I can get to the home page, FAQ is blocked).

I am having the same problems as mat10000, but I am not on a domain. I am using an ACER Extensa originally equipped with vista I "down-graded" to XP Pro. Not using the welcome screen, or the fast usre switching either, but unable to get anything other than my original logon screen when I start up my computer. Any ideas?

I forgot to mention I'm using SP3, AVAST!, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling too...
