Transparent Window Borders

I just got WindowBlinds and a couple of vista skins. They look awsome, the only problem is that in the screen shot, they have transparent borders like the real vista and when I load them, the borders are solid. The two vista skins I'm using are Arrow and Advali v3. Any ideas why this isn't working properly?

Your graphicscard need to support per-pixel blending. What graphics card do you have?
Could you post the information that is displayed in the "System Information" section of WB?

There's the problem. WindowBlinds sais my video card doesn't support per pixel blending. Tha nks for the reply
