task bar change

from left (standard) to the top

I have a short question At the moment I generate a new Blind with the Editor, but i can't find a solution how i can change the Taskbar for example in my pictures from the left to the top. Please help me. I'm despairing

You also need to know the code for the UIFILES that do the special shellstyle, they still must be hand coded. Also need to know which extra images to add and the values for Embedded strings. This is all done in the Shellstyle (unofficial) section
of SkinStudio.
