Come on Stardock

What is the point of the Object Bar forum - it's run by Stardock, but they don't read any posts (at least posts on this particular one)? Time is ticking by and there is no sign of any one 'picking up the ball' which I remember was admitted to having been dropped a long while back. I wouldn't care if I'd stuck to my smug guns waiting for OB to get finished and not renewed my sub. I wouldn't care if there was some feedback from Stardock (although I suppose regularly posted empty promises do wear a bit thin (sorry to mix my metaphors) as well). And if the forum were not run by Stardock then fair enough, but surely they should read the thing. Innovation on demand ? We demand rigidly defined areas of doubt and uncertainty ... no that's just what we don't demand, not wait ...

Hey Binster,

Thanks for posting. Sorry that no one has posted in here, or the activity is a little dry here. What seems to be the issue? I might be able to pass your note on to someone who can help, as I'm just a web guy here at Stardock.

Let me know what I can do for you. Often times, if the forums are a little slow, your best bet is our support department directly via email (Support@Stardock.com). They are getting back from a long weekend, but they should be able to help you relatively quickly. Just give them a little bit to dig through the email.

Once again, sorry for the inactivity you are having here on the forums. We're working to improve quality on the forums, but I can understand your frustrations. If you are unable to get a response from support in reasonable amount of time (give them at least 24 hours) you can send me an email at GMarsack@Stardock.com and I can pass it a long to someone who might be able to get to you sooner.

Thanks again for the post, binser!

I feel you have missed my point somewhat. 'The issue' is/are Stardock finishing Object Bar, and the lack of communication as to why they are taking so long. Take a look back through this forum (which I see Stardock have found the time to revamp - is that what you mean by improving quality ?) if you want to see what I mean. Might you be able to pass my note on to whoever is responsible for development of Object Bat at Stardock ?

Hey Rob,

I'll do my best. I'll talk to my manager and even pass a note on to the CEO and see if I can get them to post a response here.

Sorry about the delay between posts. As you can see, we've been busy working on the forums.

Thanks for posting!
