Stardock Support response time?

some experience values please :)

Hi folks,

I logged a ticket with Stardock on June 26th and haven't received a reply yet.
So I'd like to know how long they usually take.

Did you get an automatic response to your email when you sent it? If not, it was likely stopped by the spam filter.

Otherwise, bear in mind support is only there during normal business hours, and today is a holiday (and SD was closed yesterday as well). So hopefully they should be able to get back to you tomorrow, once business resumes.

Also, why not post your problem here? I`ve had a couple of questions answered very quickly on these forums, not necessarily by Stardock, but by the very friendly bunch of people who visit these pages.

You should have gotten a response by now. The only gotcha is that Stardock is closed for 4th of July so there's no one there today.

No, I didn't recieve an automated reply, but since I used the "submit a ticket" from stardock support center it didn't strike me as particularly odd.
So I'll just send them an email, thanks

@benjy: I ordered GalCiv2 along with the CD, but I only received a bill (though it says "Galactic Civilication II [CD]" and the 10 Dollars delivery charge are correct as well). So I wanted to know where the CD is.
Didn't think this was a problem that could be solved here, but then again its worth a try *g*
