no skin pics

hello. I have a paid version of WB5 and have no problems with it, but when I come onto the wincustomize site, I no longer get the pictures of the new skins. I can still download them, but I can't preview them. This has been happening for a good few weeks. I thought it must be to do with problems with the website, but if no-one else is having the same problem, it must be me.
I am running win xp sp2, I have a high spec computer and broadband.

I have tried viewing the web page in IE6 and Mozilla, with the same result
