impossible to download!

Hi,
This morning I purchased Icon Packager 3.10 enhanced and I was sent a url address (with my registration Nr.) to download the program. No luck! I tried more than 7 times, but the server does not support RESUME (I use Getright or Fresh Download). After downloading about 12 or 16 Mb, i got disconnected from the server. I also tried without the use of any download manager (Firefox -save to desktop), but I had no luck. My line is PSTN, and it's cost me me already a lot of money trying to download this program. I wish I had a choice od download servers-in Europe, since I'm in Greece.
I hope I'll get some help.

Install Stardock Central and enter your serial number in that.  I believe SDC will resume downloads should you have a problem.

Speaking of impossible to download...what gives with the suites that are 1kb or 0kb. I downloaded one that had 1kb and got the picture in theme manager but that's it. Try to apply and a dialogue box flashes for less than a second and nothing, no files nothing, zip, zero. Mr. Uvah. (Oh...one more question...this isn't deliberate......is it?)

Suite example? Link?

The suite file is just a zipped text file, image, and maybe an icon. that Theme manager parses for the correct URLS to the skins that make up the suite.

Here's the extracted file for Nemesis by jalentorn. I imagine that some of the data could be removed to be made smaller:
