How do I get the all programs menu transparent at all?

hello my problem is that I cant get the start/all Programs section skinned in transparent...
I hope the screenshot will be uploaded please help me

you can't post a pic straight from your computer.

you need to upload it first to a hosting sight such as imageshack or photo bucket.

That menu does not support transparency yet.

wow thats fast,,,em but i saw a screenshot at WC that had it transparent
os there a program to simulate transparency or import the style to that bar?

I could have sworn I had a skin with a transparent all programs menu, desktop context menu also I'll poke around...although I've deleted quite a few lately
