Can't see Tray and Running Progs at the same time in OD?

Ok, I still haven't solved the problem of OD flickering like mad when I play a DirectX game in windowed mode, but I've found another problem. If I enable tray items in OD+ I can't see running programs at the same time. They both look like checkboxes in the preferences but are behaving like radio buttons with no explanation.

You can only have one or the other on one dock, if you create another dock you can have one for each. Beside the drop box for the position on dock it says Tray or Taskbar Position.
As for the flickering you may need to unload OD when playing a game, or set up an account with no customization just for gaming.
