Working on "a different balance" mod

I want to make sure I get my numbers and data set up correctly for my mod idea. I have been playing some but I am more interested right now in tweaking the game a bit.Can anyone tell me which Weapon/Defense techs are alignment specific so I can set the values correctly.I am not changing the original game much just adding to it and using different numbers for size and damage/absorbption.I need to know which weapon/defense exclusive techs go with each alignment to insure balance.I have been basically trying to set the values compared to other weapons and defenses but I want to make sure nothing is too weak or too uber.

Look in TechTypes.xml; each technology that is alignment-specific has the tag
< Alignment >Evil< /Alignment > (or good or neutral)

Anything in GC2Types.xml that requires one of those technologies will be alignment specific.
