Disable right click

I downloaded a desktop and it is working out great but I would like to disable the right click and have not been able to figure out how. I have 3.0

By this do you mean that you have downloaded the program RightClick or do you mean you want to disable the right clicking altogether?  Iif you give a little bit more information it might be easier to help you...

The ability to "lock-down" (and prevent right click) the desktop was removed from DesktopX after version 2.3 I think.

It is available in the Enterprise edition of DX.

I cant right click on anything right now, in my start up menu or anything,how can I re-enable it?
