Icons vanish when using IconX

I have noticed that, although there is plenty of room for them on my desktop, when I start IconX about half of my desktop icons disappear. They reappear when exiting IconX. Does it have a limit on the number of icons it displays? I am only seeing 29 icons (random selection as far as I can see!)

Have you moved them around when IconX is up?

If not, look at them very carefully and one at a time, move them to the other side of the screen.

I have found that if I have beaucoup icons on my desktop, sometimes they stack on top of each other.

Nope, 53 icons before and only 29 after running IconX.
