IS this right?

OK when i invaded a planet both sides had 0 pop left over when it was over but they still won? Should the planet be owned by noone if noone is left? The yhad control of the planet and there pop started to go up.

Well that's odd. I've always wondered about that. I dunno, maybe a bunch of ten-year olds came out of hiding and took over the local government? I doesn't really make sense to call the planet uninhabited, since you only got their military.

I've actually had that happen before... I remember in a post earlier about it that if a population goes down during an invasion to less than 0.01b, it will still retain 10 soldiers. In other words, if a stalemate occurs in planetary invasions, defender wins.

Hmm, It's sort of like those post apocalyptic stories where everyone dies except a small group who were watching movies at the time then... "Ok, John: You are assigned to the neutrality learning center, Jill: I'm assigning you to the industrial sector." "But I'm only 10!" "Tough."

I had this happen to me just last night. Invaded a Homeworld with 10 million people with 2,000 troop. The roll ended up being 25 to 5 in my favor. Net result 0 attackers left 0 defenders left. It was pretty funny when I landed another transport to see 2,000 vs 96 (apparently the 0 grew to 96 in two turns.)

Poor Jill.

Especially if them 96 all came from her, the only female mentioned of the 10 that survived...
