A few noob questions

Hi guys, just got the game and I have a few questions. First of all, I just finished my first winning game, and I can't seem to find any sort of hall of fame or high score list or what have you. Is there nothing that stores your scores so you can compare how well you've done in your games? Also, if all the victory conditions are enabled, is there any possible way to win by Conquest without winning by Diplomacy or Influence first? In my last game, I never put any effort into influence at all, just conquering enemies and ended up winning by influence just because of the planets I took over. My last question is about the economy. I found it fairly easy to build up large amounts of credits, but what exactly do you use the credits for? Obviously you could buy ships and buildings, or you could save it for a rainy day I suppose, but is there anything else?? Thanks in advance for your answers!

For metaverse games. Games started by clicking the metaverse button instead of the new game button. The scores can be saved at this site. At the end of the game you are ask if you want to post your score to the metaverse. Do so and it is recorded in the meta. Click "Metaverse" on the top left menu on this page to see.

You cannot win an influence game if at war. So keep yourself in a constant state of war near the end when trying to win militarily.

Trick... If you are far away from your next target race. Give them 1 or your ships and attack it right away to start the war.

Obviously you cannot win an alliance without agreeing to the alliance. You can also break alliances.

Upgrading old ship designs can eat up all your credits real quick.

That extra cash can be put into spying.
You can also use it to bribe one race to attack another. Never tried that myself.

When you set up a game there are options to deselect the possibility of different types of victory.
