where are the other races

bit of a newb question but a read the modding guide then went in to my documents my games galciv2 data and can't find the file to change the racial abilities or portraits

It's not in my documents. It's in program files\stardock\totalgaming\galciv2\english\data\english raceconfig.xml

From there tweak any stats you see, but you have to delete the customrace files from the my games gc2 folder.
