Filmstrip gone bad!

I just got Inspirat and some other similar themes, but they all do the same thing whenever I try to use a filmstrip: it gives it a scrollbar.

And the skin has the bar that's usually on the left on the bottom? happens to me too. Anyone know how to fix it? pleeease
