Missing registry key?

Hello,

I'm brand new to Window Blinds and Object Desktop so thanks for bearing with me. I'm receiving an error message whenever I try to apply any of the icon packages through Icon Packager or any themes through Theme Manager. The error states that a key is missing and the reference at the top of the message window reads "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/BVRP Software, Inc/Modem On Hold.

Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

That key has nothing to do with Stardock software - it's special modem software to allows the system (for example) to tell you if you have incoming calls while you're using the modem. Why the Stardock software is highlighting this is anyone's guess.

Did you recently uninstall this feature (it may not have succeeded properly)? Another option is to Google for a registry cleaner - many have been mentioned in these forums - which may be able to resolve the conflict.
