Latest WB Not skinning - anything....

Installed latest WB
Rebooted
Selected skin
Clicked Apply Skin -

acts as if it has skinned it - but I am in Classic mode - all the time.

I have tried a number of different skins (some per pix, some not)

Bichur!! Bravo! All's well again.
Just followed your link to Stardock forum (didn't know there was one), found good news, update to the update...went to SDC and there was an upgrade waiting!! D/Led it, rebooted, opened WB config with trepidation...there was kol's "normal" version, as usual!! (How they do that??)
