1.2b Smart Exception email problems

Over the last few days I've sent in a handful of exception emails. The next to last generated a "permanent failure" email response as well as a real reply. My most recent attempt (failure info below) has now failed twice. I am using the email address and subject line supplied by Smart Exception. For some reason emails are having difficulty finding their way through to gc2bugs.

This is why. They put the wrong address in Smart Exception. I noticed this myself several weeks ago and mentioned it on the forum. The correct address is gc2bugs@stardock.com. I wonder how many bug reports they've lost because of this.

I noticed that different email address, too, but assumed they really changed it. I wondered why I never received acknowledgments. You think they'd have noticed a sudden total lack of email dumps. Oh, well. I guess they didn't really need those dumps I sent.
