not fully working

I recently downloaded the trial version of windowblinds. When i try to change my theme with a sample or any one i downloaded only my background will change. my toolbar and the rest will only change to a tan color and not what i selected. can you please help me

my problem is round the other way i just bought the software not 100% sure if im doin stuff right but the start bar and borders all change back background and icons dont please help

Some skins don't have wallpaper . . so no new wallpaper might be expected. Not all WindowBlinds have icons bundled with them too. And if they do, you need to have IconPackager installed to apply them.
