Ok, Enough is Enough---

I get the subscript info at first when i have set to view wc on start. then after it logs me in it goes away.

don't quote me on this - a long while back i was having issues with failed downloads not deleting when told to, forums not updating, etc.

i emailed support - don't have the email since my sytem crashed a while back - i believe what the y told me (here's the part you don't quote me on):
go into C:\Program Files\Stardock\WinCustomize\SkinBrowser find the ini file and delete it.

such as the library.ini (may want to put it somewhere instead of deleting or a least a copy) - than close the browser and open it.


then again, you might want to wait for a responsible answer.

Ok, yrag, tried your method--now I have nothing in my libary and it won't update.. I'm getting the same problems after that..

Bichur: umm, there's like 3 .ini files--I copied them all. Do I delete them?

If it won't update the boards, then it's the server.......which one are you using?

I got seven. If Yrag's didn't work, mine won't work. Mine was a one at a time, Yrag's was kill them all. Maybe it's tied to the server issues.

Whereas I had some discussion topic on the left before, now it's all blank - and i didn't even delete that one.

if you put back the ones you copied, do you get back to where you started?

Both of you change the SDC server to US-1. (may show US-4 at first)

Maybe it's tied to the server issues.

Had it on 1, swiched to 2 a little while ago (trying to puzzle why SDC doesn't update for me (still on 2.29.370

With WBC I get skins, no discussion.

Ok I have made a couple of adjustments with the new server configuration that has fixed some of the Skin/Discussion Browser scripts.  I don't know for sure if it solved any of these particular issues but its worth a retry.  Let me know if anyone is still having any problems (with SDC or WC Browser, I don't want to hear about your personal problems )

T-Man wooohooo all seems to be in working order. Discussion on WCB is working--I have all the skins up to date now--only thing I haven't tried was downloading or view add comments..Thanks for your help on this.

Discussions now showing in WC for me (slower than FF - dial up) but not complaining (until after y'all get the big stuff done )
