If you want us to see the image--which is probably the case --you'll need to upload it to a server. As it stands, your image source is referenced as: "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\Backup\Iceplanets.PNG". This means that it attempts to find the file on our own machines, which it won't find.

You can upload it to servers as Photobucket.com and ImageShack. Then post the link they give you, et voilà! You have an uploaded image.
