Crash?

installed it , try to run it and change the icons , backgrounds a little and it lag. I cant even move my mouse around, i just cant do anything and have to go into windows safe mode to uninstall it. I install it again , and it works but after restart same thing happened again. know whats wrong ? and how to fix it
